The Central Business District Community Improvement Plan enables the City to establish a facade improvement loan program and undertake a streetscape improvement program.  Designed to help property owners finance building facade improvements, this interest-free loan program provides funding up to $15,000 per municipal address, to a maximum of $45,00 per property owners.
