How do we get there?

• Reduction in the Outreach Programs that exist in a concentrated point in the Downtown
• Create a live-work environment where people can move easily from place to place and find both entertainment, household goods and services and employment
• Return to 2-way streets
• Promote City's Building Improvement Initiatives - track investment
• Develop an action plan to increase our membership through "Associate Members"
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that increases Downtown awareness and traffic
• build a strong Board of Management for the Downtown BIA with active member participation
